Several studies in recent years have shown that being in a natural environment not only improves people's mood, but actually makes them think better. So, a walk in the park is better for your brain than a walk along a city street.

Not surprising, you might say, but there's more: it seems that simply looking at images of nature on your computer screen can have a similar effect.
